In season (JUL AUG) 

   $6,500 weekly

   $12,000 for 2 consecutive weeks,  

   $22,000 for 1 consecutive month

   $40,000 for both months July/Aug

The private beach is a 3 minute walk to the private beach. This beach, being on the bayside, has warmer water & a massive expanse of tidal flats at low tide with kiddie pools where its shallow & kids can play while adults relax. Alcohol is allowed on the beach, please leave no trace, take all trash back at the end of the day. 

Sunsets are the most beautiful in the country. The neighbors are friendly & most have been there for generations. 

Chapins Bayside Restaurant

The home is small. Parking is limited & strictly enforced. 4 cars (possibly 5 if all are sedans) NO PARKING ON THE SEPTIC. (Also keeping in mind this is a septic, don’t stuff the toilet, and only flush the provided septic safe toilet paper) 

There is a tiny yard and a grill. 

Inside is a semi open floor plan. The kitchen is in the middle of 2 living rooms. 2 couches, 3 comfy chairs between the two semi-connected living rooms. One has a 65” TV and the other a 40” TV.

Also 1 full bath on the first floor. 

The basement has a full size washer and dryer as well as A few beach chairs, floats, & beach toys, and other things, wiffle ball & bat, etc. 

On the second floor is 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The master has a queen size bed. 

The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. Bed Linens provided, as well as towels for showering as well as the beach. 

 The home provides Lots of sunlight. 

The home sleeps 6 in the beds, maybe 8 if you use the couches. 

Keep in mind, Parking is limited &

 is strictly monitored as well as the number of guests registered vs guests onsite. Over 6 guests may cost additional fees. 

This is including guests who visit for just the day.
